Before you check-in, please consult your pet's vaccine history to ensure they are up-to-date on all of the required vaccinations. We will need a copy of your pet's vaccine history as well as any pertinent medical information in order to provide them the best care during their stay.

What to Expect During the Check-In:
Our friendly Client Service Associate will meet you at the front desk. They will announce your pet's arrival and help you with the check-in process. One of our Care Providers will come to greet you and your pet. They will weigh your pet before taking them from the lobby to the Country Club. Our Client Service Associate will take any of your pet's belongings that you have brought and will verify any instructions you have given. While you are finishing the check-in process, the Care Provider will take your pet for a walk before settling them in to their reserved accommodations. Belongings that you have left for your pet to enjoy will be placed with your pet once they have been logged-in by the Care Provider.
