New Patients Are Always Welcome!
Thank you for choosing us for your pet’s care. We look forward to meeting you and your pet. Together, we can make sure that your pet stays healthy and happy throughout his life.
Before your visit, please gather any previous medical or adoption records you may have for your pet. We will need this information to get an accurate record of your pet’s medical history and to create the best therapy plan for your pet.
Make Your First Visit a Little Easier:
To speed the check-in process on your pet’s first visit, download, fill out and bring our NewClient/New Patient Get Acquainted Form with you.
What to Expect During the Visit:
After checking in at the front desk, our Client Service Associate will weigh your pet and escort you into an examination room. One of our Licensed Veterinary Technician's (LVT) will join you to get other information important to the visit. Our LVT will also perform the initial physical exam and obtain any laboratory samples needed. The doctor will meet with you next to address any specific concerns you have regarding your pet. Your doctor will perform his own comprehensive physical exam and review with you the results of any tests performed. If your pet requires additional therapy, your doctor can create an individualized treatment plan based on your pet's specific needs.
We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also offer CareCredit no interest payment plans**. To learn more about CareCredit or to apply now, visit www.carecredit.com/vetmed.
**Please note that not all financing plans on the CareCredit website are available. Please verify with your Client Service Associate the options currently available.
